Mason Wilmot
Founder & CEO
Mason Wilmot began his journey in homebuilding at just 15 years old, apprenticing alongside talented tradespeople and quickly developing a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, detail, and quality.
Starting in exterior renovations working on siding, roofing, framing, and finishing he didn’t just repair homes; he studied them, imagining how they could be built better, bolder, and more uniquely.
Today, Mason is the Founder and CEO of Land and Lake Custom Homes Ltd., a boutique builder known for distinctive designs and exceptional craftsmanship across Southwestern Ontario. Together with his wife, Shawna McFadyen a Realtor, design enthusiast, and optimist they combine structure and creativity to bring dream homes to life.
Driven by a passion for collaboration, visionary architecture, and homes that reflect the people who live in them, Mason believes every home should tell a story. With bold design and a commitment to quality, he’s building more than houses he’s building lasting legacies.
