The Old Jail
One of our biggest projects to date is in the heart of Orangeville. Keeping the exterior of the original home, we added an additional 3000+ sq feet. This home is truly one for magazines with your very own elevator, natural stone throughout, hardwood flooring, your own wine cellar, walk out basement and high end finishes.
Hockley
Originally built with rustic charm, this home was thoughtfully renovated to meet today’s standards while preserving its unique character. Set on a distinctively elevated lot, the project required careful planning and craftsmanship. By upgrading key features and enhancing structural integrity, we gave this home new life—blending timeless warmth with modern comfort in every detail.

This custom 3-unit luxury apartment building merges modern minimalism with elevated functionality, resulting in a space that is both refined and livable. Completed in close collaboration with Amanda Steddy of Steddy Styles and the Mair Team, the project demanded precision, patience, and an unwavering attention to detail. From curated finishes to architectural flow, every element reflects a shared vision brought to life through expert craftsmanship and seamless teamwork.
Loretto
This one-of-a-kind 1,500 sq.ft. backsplit underwent a full top-to-bottom renovation, transforming it into an entertainer’s dream. Every inch—inside and out—was reimagined, featuring smart home automation, a custom wine cellar, home theatre, and a Scandinavian-inspired spa retreat in the fully fenced backyard. The master bedroom is a true sanctuary, and no detail was overlooked. Designed to feel like a private getaway, this home blends luxury, comfort, and functionality with effortless style.
